My GMC Acadia just stopped running and would not crank again. We had to get a car hauler to take it to King Cadillac for service. My car arrived late afternoon and by the next morning it was completely fixed. Bill Johnson, the Advisor was excellent in understanding the problem I was facing and was competent in restoring my auto. The staff at King is courteous and I would recommend them highly.

I had to take two trips to have my problem looked at. First trip they said Test drove vehicle could not duplicate customers concern. No Abnormalities found. The problem was still there when i left the dealership. The problem got worse in the next few days and took it back to dealership to have inspected again ( I was very concerned with the problem getting worse) 10 days latter. This time said found noise coming from rear suspension leaf springs. they said they found a bulletin stating check for deisel fuel spilling on leaf spring. They said they sprayed off diesel from leaf spring and informed me try to prevent spilling fuel when filling. ( I always do unless nozzle does not cut off as designed) Note: The problem was not corrected so I looked up and found a Service Bulletin< Subject: Clunking Noise from rear of vehicle (Retorque leaf spring bolts. This bulletin No 20-NA-022 dated April 2024. Please look at this bulletin it concerns me! So now what do I do? Take it to another dealership because this dealship did not do what this bulletin recommended? This was not a used truck, i purchased it new and paid in full. you can check my account see the mileage and how many times it has been in for service. Also this was the third time it had been to a dealership for REDUCED ENGINE POWER. My customer number is 53421 at King Cadillac

I called the service department. on 5/29, but received the voicemail of someone whom I didn't recognize. I didn't worry about that since their message stated they always return their calls. (No return call as of today). I took the vehicle in on Friday, 5/30, for regular service, a tire replacement, & tire rotation. I was informed that the vehicle would be ready by Monday, 6/2. Since I did not get a call Monday morning, I reached out to Patience at 1004am for an update on what to expect. She said the tire was due to arrive by lunch, and once it came in, it would be placed on & ready shortly after. I never received a call, so I reached out to her at 3:45 pm to see if I should come to pick up the vehicle. The service person who took the call said she hadn't closed out the ticket but would put me on hold while they paged her. They returned and said they didn't know where she was because she didn't answer the page. After not getting a return call from her, I went to the shop at 4:30 pm. They looked for her, and she came to the service area but did not acknowledge me. I spoke to her and asked if anyone told her of my attempts to reach her; she replied, "I was in the bathroom." Fast forward, I got the vehicle back, the new tire was on, but the spare was sitting in the trunk, and Patience said, "We couldn't find the pieces to put it back, so we left it there." I got my husband to show her, and she then took the vehicle back to place the spare under the truck. When I paid, she finally apologized for the wait and her role in poor communication, but by that time, I was wondering if the slack service was to annoy me, or isolate her since she was obviously new in this role. Teamwork makes a dream work, & while Patience was responsible for updating me, the more experienced team members should have assisted her with guiding her through the process of using tools already in place. I know the tools exist because I've been there ONLY for servicing this 2002 Yukon Denali XL since 2002 and have received better communication. This poor service has me questioning if anythig was actually done that I requested other than having a tire place for nearly $400...

Upon arrival I was greeted by two great employees. As I was being checked in, Andy and I started up a conversation about my vehicle and I shared some words with him and he shared some with me. My experiece was absolutely over the top!!! I made my first phone call to Kings Dealership as I was stranded on HWY 501. I told them what the problem was with my car and that I would call in route to the dealership by tow truck. As I arrived I was immediately approached by Patience. She gave me her card and told me to call that number with any questions. I proceeded to go sit in the waiting area. Just a few minutes later, Patience, came to me giving me every detail and step that went with the process of fixing my car to get me back on the road. There was no need in me using the number she had given me because she was right on task to assist me and I had no questions at all because she had already answered them all. I did not wait too long and she came back telling me my car was ready. Oh what a relief that was as I was trying my best to get to my Mother at the beach. All in all this was the most pleasurable experience under my circumstances of turning my road trip into a 9 hour trip instead of the usual 4 hour trip. I will forever be grateful to Patience as she was the first person i saw and she took care of me over and beyond. Only if everyone could hire a Patience the job that would be handed to her would be completed with total satisfaction, I have no doubt. Thanks to your staff at Kings Dealership and a huge thanks to Patience for everything!!! When i come back in town I will stop by to say hello and personally thank each of you!! Once again, thanks from the bottom of my heart!!!!

Excellent service. I had a 1:30p appointment time . I got there about 1:00 . Service writer Mike Daniels quickly wrote my service request and our car in the service bay in a few minutes. In no more than 25-30 minutes I was called to tell me my Buick was ready. I was thinking the folks at King GMC. Must have pit crews from Darlington working there . In any event service there was excellent and worth the trip from Columbia.

I’ve been twice to repair the rear door and both times they repaired nothing. After this particular visit, I showed and asked 2 employees if they could see where the door didn’t close all the way and both agreed saying they could see and feel the door wasn’t seated properly. I took it to a body shop and they repaired it in 20 minutes, but $210 on something that should have been repaired under warranty where I bought it.

My GMC Canyon is less than a year old with about 10,000 miles. This is the third time it has been in the shop with the same issue. This makes 22 days. I have no confidence in this truck. I love the truck but GMC needs to repurchase it or get me a different one of equal value. My local dealership is fine. They try very hard. However, They still have been unable to fix the auto stop/start function. This has been in twice.

There was a chrome deflector recall on my 2022 GMC Sierra I was told that it was ordered however two months later it still hasn't come in. Now the Kings Cadillac in Florence is telling me I need to come back in get it measured and order another one when they assured me the first time that no one could receive my grill because it's linked to my VIN number now they've completely lost the form deflector and have to order another one which is very inconvenient.

King's customer service was wonderful. Unfortunately, our 2017 Buick Enclave experienced a severe malfunction as we were driving along I-95 heading north. We pulled off the highway and were able to make it to King Cadillac Buick GMC. Austin Lewis and his service team tried the best they could, but in the end the repair was not economically viable. So we checked their lot and found a 2021 Buick Enclave that met our needs and decided to buy it. Danny Turner (salesman) was a pleasure to work with, and Jack Pawloski (business manager) streamlined the buying process for us. At all times, we were treated pleasantly and fairly. We are most grateful to the King Cadillac Buick GMC Team for taking such good care of us.

When I pulled into the service drive, Mike greeted me like I was the Prodigal Son returning home with a winning lotto ticket. He delivered service with the calm confidence of a SEAL TEAM leader defusing a bomb. I am not emotionally stable enough to process this level of competence and kindness in one human being. I have already contacted my attorney and drafted adoption papers. My grandchildren now refer to him as “Uncle Mike.” I am seriously considering scheduling fake problems with my truck just to come see him.

We were traveling north from Florida. Nine hours into our trip our GMC Sierra Denali lost the ability to accelerate. Ultimately, after being towed to Kings GMC, the next morning they determined it to be a faulty fuel modulator. Everyone from the service supervisor to the courtesy Car driver that picked us up at the hotel to the people that welcomed us at the service center couldn’t have been more professional and caring about our situation. We also had a dog with us which created a little bit of challenge, but he was welcomed in the lounge as well. The rest of the trip went well very much in part because of the great work that was done at King GMC. Thank you.
